This is the city the equipment already lives in, so the question here is never whether we can reach you — it is how the load-in works at your particular address. Downtown, that is the whole job. A tower lobby has a loading bay with a booking sheet, a service lift with a stated weight limit and a security desk that wants to know who you are. A delivery that has not been told about any of it waits on Hornby Street with the hazards on.

Send the loading bay booking with your order and none of that happens. If you do not have one yet, tell us the building and we will plan around getting one.

Downtown, Yaletown, Gastown, the West End, Mount Pleasant, Kitsilano, East Vancouver and out to UBC are all short runs from our location. That closeness is worth something specific: an order placed here can usually still be adjusted the day before, which is not true of anywhere across the water.

It also makes self-pickup genuinely practical rather than theoretical. Collection from downtown by prior arrangement suits a small order that would otherwise pay a delivery fee to travel fifteen blocks — a dozen posts, a rope change, a set of frames. Ring first so it is boxed and waiting.

What gets ordered here is more varied than anywhere else in the province: conference queues, hotel arrivals, film unit holding areas, gallery openings, restaurant patios during a street closure. The two decisions that settle most of them are on the stanchion page.
