Coquitlam divides cleanly between the developed centre around the SkyTrain terminus and everything on the slope above it. The first is easy: modern buildings, parking structures, loading access that somebody designed on purpose. The second is where an order needs thinking about, because the venues are community facilities and parks and the truck may not get within a hundred feet of where the posts have to stand.
