Most of what we send to Maple Ridge ends up outdoors. Community events, park gatherings and functions on properties backing onto green space are the staple here — and that puts two variables in front of everything else: what the ground is like and what the sky is doing.

Neither is a reason to change the order. Both are reasons to mention them, because a post standing on soft ground and a post standing on a hall floor want different things underneath.
