Carpet Runner Rental in Vancouver

A runner turns a path into an arrival. Everything either side of it stops being part of the route, which is why a carpet does more to organise an entrance than another pair of posts would.

It comes as a package with stanchion posts and velvet ropes down both sides, because a runner with nothing flanking it reads as flooring rather than as a route. Quantities and the arrangement of each part are set per order rather than fixed.

Size

The standard width is 6 ft and three lengths are held ready cut: 10 ft, 15 ft and 25 ft. If one of those covers the walk, that is the whole order.

Anything else is made to order — a different width or a length of your own. Send the measurement with the enquiry and we will cut to it.

Measure from where people arrive — a car door, a lift, the top of a staircase — to where you want them to stop. That distance is the number to send, not the length of the room.

Colour

Red is the one people picture, it photographs the way they expect and it makes every other colour in the frame look deliberate. Black is the quiet one — the right answer under a rope line that is already carrying the colour. Blue and green are for events with their own palette to match — a brand launch, a themed gala, a sponsor whose colour is the point.

Where It Is Used

Corporate events, grand openings, galas, award nights and anywhere a photograph is being taken of somebody arriving. Indoors it lies flat on hard floor; outdoors it is worth telling us the surface in advance so the right fixings come with it.
