Pricing for Event Equipment Rentals

We quote per order rather than publish a rate card. Four things move the number enough that any figure printed here would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

What Moves a Quote

• Quantity. Ten posts and a thousand posts are different operations, not one operation at two scales.
• Duration. A single day to several weeks. A fortnight is not seven weekends added together.
• The dates themselves. Award season, the summer wedding months and December corporate evenings are where "can we" is answered before "how much".
• Where it is going. Delivery, placement and collection are quoted by destination. Self-pickup from our downtown Vancouver location takes that line out of the quote.

What Is Always Included

Equipment arrives clean and working, with the ropes, belts or signs the order specifies already matched to the posts. Anything that fails during the hire is replaced.

What We Need From You

The date, an approximate quantity and the venue. Approximate really is fine — a number is easier to revise than to invent from nothing.
