Pricing for Event Equipment Rentals

We quote per order rather than publish a rate card. That is not evasion — it is that four things move the number enough that any figure printed here would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

What Moves a Quote

Quantity. The single biggest factor. Ten posts and a thousand posts are different operations, not the same operation at different scales. The per-item figure behaves accordingly.

Duration. Hire periods stretch from a single day to several weeks. A weekend and a fortnight are not the same arithmetic; a long booking is not simply seven short ones added together.

The dates themselves. Availability varies through the year. Award season, the summer wedding months and December corporate evenings are the periods where the answer to "can we" comes before the answer to "how much".

Where it is going. Delivery, placement and collection are quoted with the order and priced by destination. Downtown Vancouver, the North Shore and Kelowna are three different journeys. Self-pickup from our downtown Vancouver location removes that line from the quote entirely.

What Is Always Included

The equipment arrives clean and working, with the ropes, belts or signs the order specifies already matched to the posts. If something fails during the hire we replace it. Nothing on a quote from us is a line you find out about afterwards.

What We Need From You

Three things get a complete answer back: the date, an approximate quantity and the venue. Approximate really is fine — a number is easier to revise than to invent from nothing. If quantity is the part you cannot judge, describe the shape of the route instead and we will work it out from that.

Orders of ten or of a thousand and more are both normal here. A few days of notice makes availability far easier, particularly at either end of a weekend. Ring (604) 259-7799 if it is sooner than that — short notice is often workable and worth asking about.

Or call (604) 259-7799.
